Quality Thyme Meals

A truly memorable evening.

One of our favorite meals we’ve had in Naples this year wasn’t actually at a restaurant. It was in our 1-bedroom apartment, and it was cooked in our kitchen by Chef Patrick of Quality Thyme Meals. What was a brief business introduction a few months ago turned into a friendship between us and Chef Patrick and his fiancé, Maggie. We hosted them last night in our apartment while Patrick graciously offered to handle the noms. Patrick didn’t hold back, and we had such a truly memorable evening:

🥩 Japanese A5 Wagyu topped with a Bernaise foam, plated alongside a classic veal demi-glace, accompanied by a truffle buttered white asparagus and crispy baby gold potatoes.

🥗 Duck Confit on a bed of red and green frisée with a whole grain mustard white balsamic vinaigrette, pomegranate seeds and hierloom baby tomatoes.

🍽 Panko-Crusted Veal Sweetbreads topped with a sorrel cream, shaved ricotta salata, and sliced black truffles on a bed of saffron-parmesan risotto.

Chef Patrick has his bachelors degree from the Culinary Institute of America, is a Certified Society of Wine Educators “Certified Specialist of Spirits,” and can fully customize and tailor your menu with any type of cuisine or style. Give Quality Thyme Meals a follow and keep them in mind for your next special occasion!
