Yoko-San Ramen

Everything you could ever need in a bowl of ramen.

Where do noodles go to fight for the death? The Ramen Coliseum. ๐Ÿ˜‹ And if these noodles from Yoko-San Ramen would find themselves in battle, we have no doubt theyโ€™d be the sole survivor. Ramen takes a lot of time and attention and the team at Yoko-San no doubt puts in the work. ๐Ÿ’ช What we tried:

๐Ÿœ Yoko-San Tonkostu Ramen: rich, creamy, and addicting tonkostu pork broth, generously filled with toppings. Everything you could ever need in a bowl of ramen. Pork chashu, menma bamboo, ajitama egg, wood ear mushroom, bean sprout, bok choy, corn, black garlic oil, seaweed, scallion, naruto fish cake.

๐Ÿœ๐Ÿ”ฅ Pork Belly Spicy Miso: a slightly different broth, a nice balanced heat from the miso. Same delicious toppings!

๐ŸฅŸ They have a GYOZA MACHINE. How were we not going to try their house-โ€œmachinedโ€ dumplings? Pan fried deliciousness.

๐ŸŠYuzu Cauliflower: roasted and tossed with yuzu-miso sauce, raisins, cashews, and scallions. ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ

An easy recommendation for those looking to enjoy bowls of noodles in a casual setting. Weโ€™ll be back for boba tea happy hour!
