The team at Gather takes great pride in curating and balancing flavors on each plate.

To many of you The Bowl Bazaar needs no introduction, but for those of you who have yet to enjoy a meal here, read on. Tucked away in the Shoppes at Dockside behind Tin City, we found Pavlin and his team putting together these thoughtful plates made up of the freshest and healthiest ingredients. Seriously. Pavlin told us he spends part of his day driving around town sourcing ingredients from multiple places to make sure we’re getting the very best! He then takes the ingredients and turns them into these works of art. Pavlin is also an expert in wine pairing, so we highly recommend taking advantage of his suggestions with whatever you order!

We almost felt bad digging into the bowls after seeing how much effort went into making them look so stunning, but we got to nomming:

🐠 The Salmon Poke Bowl: black rice, salmon, avocado, mango, cucumber, jalapeno, radish, homemade pickled carrot, nori, scallion, parsley, sesame seeds, spicy peanut sauce.

🐓Chicken Shwarma Bowl: black rice, chicken shawarma, tomato, cucumber, tzatziki, cabbage, cornichons, parsley, homemade pickled carrot, scallion, fresh lime, garlic aioli

🥬 Grandma’s Stuffed Cabbage Rolls: cabbage leaves stuffed with house made grain selection and served with tzatziki sauce

🍽️ Homemade Hummus Bowl: hummus, culantro, pickled baby carrots, heirloom tomatoes, baby cucumbers, European sheep feta, and home-made gluten-free Turkish bazlama bread
