Pizzata’s Aperitivos

Behind every good pizza in Naples, there are good people.

We keep finding that behind every good pizza in Naples, there are good people, and at Pizzata Pizzeria & Aperitivo that’s no different. It’s fitting a recent visit coincided with their first anniversary. Davide and Vinny quickly found their way to the top of pizza lovers’ lists in Naples and in the last year, we’ve come to enjoy a lot more than their pizza especially their paninis with their homemade seeded rolls (and yes, you can buy some to take home!) and their apps (the aperitivo in their name of course).

We always work in an extra bit of time during our stops for some great conversation - recent vacations, pizza oven hacks, and anything in general. But for now, enjoy swiping through our noms:

🍕Napoli Pizza: a white pie with mozzarella, sausage, broccoli rabe, garlic, dollops of ricotta, chili flakes
🐟Alici: who knew we loved white anchovies so much? with a bit of fresh mint, lemon zest, and EVOO
🥗Ciao Panzanella Salad: what better salad than a panzanella with fresh veggies and homemade croutons
🧀Burratina: burrata topped with truffle oil and black pepper
🥩Cheesesteak Sandwich: Philly cheesesteak lovers are in for a darn treat!
🍝Rigatoni Vodka: rigatoni tossed in a blush vodka sauce, finished with some burrata & parmesan cheese
