“Small Plates” - a phrase that can sometimes make you feel overwhelmed when staring at a menu, but at @nambanaples their small plates absolutely shine.

2 of our favorite small plates - Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice with blue fin tuna beautifully piped atop crispy-fried cubes of sushi rice & Wagyu Beef Gyoza, made in-house daily and perfectly seasoned.

Once the weather starts cooling down, we find ourselves day-dreaming of our last trip to @nambanaples for some of Chef Koko’s ramen. With a 17-hour broth and carefully combined ingredients, each bowl comes out of the kitchen as beautiful as can be before you start to dig out the noodles imported directly from Japan. Chef Koko has worked in his home Thailand, then in Japan, NYC, and Miami, but we should all feel lucky that he’s called Naples home for the last 4 years
